Thank you all for the very relaxing stay for a family vacation. So glad we choose it, it's perfect place for staying in Sevierville. The location is marvellous, 1 mile from Tanger Outlets. Family-friendly hotel set in the good area. The rooms here are stylish and impressive.

Fun, Fun, Fun
This place was a blast! The indoor and outdoor waterparks were a total hit with the kiddos, especially the racing slide! We loved the campfire s'mores and the butterfly adventure house – so unique and delightful!
Would recommend! 🌟❤️

Family-friendly fun at a great location
The indoor and outdoor pools were a hit with the kids, providing hours of entertainment. The spacious living room was perfect for family gatherings, and the deep kitchen sink made meal prep easy. We loved the fire circles for s’mores nights, creating cherished memories at this resort.

The children loved the water park! The apartment style rooms were very comfortable. The washer/dryer, full size refridgerator, dvd player, etc. were terrific.

Everything was nice here - top-class staff and impressive rooms.

The indoor pool and waterpark options were a hit with the kids, and the convenience of the suite, complete with a washer/dryer and well-stocked kitchen, was appreciated. Staff were friendly, but check-in was chaotic, and the room left much to be desired—dated furniture, cleanliness issues, and maintenance failures were disappointing. Arriving during storms added stress, and the inability to check in early felt unaccommodating. While the outdoor amenities looked promising, the overall experience didn’t quite match expectations for the price paid, shadowed by the feeling of overcrowding during our visit.

Heated pool, parking onsite.

We had such a rough time with our room. It was damp everywhere, and we found mold on the furniture. It felt like we were staying in a health hazard. We had to switch rooms, but the next one wasn't any better!

Great location and fun amenities
The location is super convenient to everything, and the suite size was awesome! Loved having a kitchen and laundry in our room. The harvest festival display was a nice touch too. On the downside, the beds were uncomfortable and we had some issues with maintenance that took way too long to resolve.

Not as a good of room as we had last time
Walls to thin could hear dryer next door, no balcony like advertised.just was a regular hotel I could of gotten anywhere alot cheaper.

great family spot but some issues
Room was spacious, clean, and had a nice kitchen. Lots for kids to do, like outdoor movies and a cool pool area. Location is great, close to everything. Staff were friendly and fixed our coffee maker. But the bed was uncomfortable and we had no view, just the parking lot. More adult space would help.

The place was really awesome: had everything on site, clean rooms, and super friendly staff. The indoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect spots to chill out after a day of exploring. The only bummer was not being able to use infant floats in the pool for my little one, but overall, it sure didn't ruin the fun! 🌞
